A Novel of the Others

The Others series explores a world where supernatural entities like vampires and shapeshifters rule, preying on humanity. The series begins when Meg Corbyn, a cassandra sangue (blood prophet) with the ability to see the future through self-inflicted cuts, escapes enslavement. She finds refuge at the Lakeside Courtyard, a business district run by the Others.

There, she encounters Simon Wolfgard, a shapeshifter and leader who hires her despite his reservations. As Meg navigates her new life and the Others learn more about her dangerous abilities, the fragile co-existence between humans and Others faces increasing threats. The appearance of addictive drugs and a radical human group cause violent conflict. Meg tries to use her visions to help Simon prevent further destruction, as a great battle between humans and Others becomes increasingly likely.
