Alterlife

Alterlife is a suspenseful VR thriller series set in 2042 where the first fully immersive virtual reality MMORPG allows players to build a new life with endless possibilities. The series follows John Crussel, a man down on his luck, who enters the Alterlife game to provide for his family.

Initially seeking easy money, John, known as Ace the Great in Alterlife, quickly becomes a powerful player. However, his success attracts the attention of dangerous individuals within the game.

Early challenges include a deadly virus contracted within Alterlife, threatening real-world consequences, and a sinister plot that seems to target John specifically. As the series progresses, John faces vengeful Gamemasters, threats to the global economy involving rival servers, and must ultimately confront powerful corporations and potential global conflict to protect both the virtual and real worlds.
