Beesong Chronicles

Beesong Chronicles is a fantasy series that begins when the god of chaos transforms a giant bee hive into a colony of humanoid bee-girls (apis) to fend off an attack. The series follows Joy, one of these apis, as she navigates her new life following this transformation.

Joy's initial challenges involve surviving without wings, dealing with malevolent wasps, and understanding her new existence. However, she soon finds herself embroiled in the machinations of an ambitious demon lord who threatens to plunge the world into war.

Despite facing immense danger and making sacrifices, Joy embarks on a quest with her friends to find another apis hive that can help her. As she does so, she encounters more of the demon lord's schemes, and ends up facing an invading army.

Overwhelmed, she turns her enthusiastic optimism to ensuring the looming threat that is against her and those around her does not succeed.
