Necrotic Apocalypse

Digby Graves, a recently deceased medieval peasant with grand delusions, is utterly bewildered to find himself reanimated in modern Seattle, wielding strange necrotic magic. His rude awakening quickly spirals into a global catastrophe when he realizes he’s the unwitting patient zero for a rapidly spreading zombie apocalypse. With fragmented memories and a growing horde of the undead, he suddenly finds himself with a major target on his back and a world rapidly devolving into chaos.

Our protagonist, Digby Graves, is a medieval peasant with a healthy dose of self-proclaimed grandeur, now an undead antihero navigating a world he barely understands. Despite his initial desire to simply relax, kick back, and avoid trouble, circumstances continually force this reluctant leader to embrace his monstrous new reality and the power it entails.

This series charts Digby’s surprisingly fast, weak-to-strong progression as he reluctantly masters his necrotic powers and strives to lead his unconventional, found-family horde through a ravaged landscape. It's a darkly comedic journey filled with unexpected alliances, moral ambiguities, and relentless action, forcing an antihero to grapple with his monstrous nature while carving out a place in the very apocalypse he accidentally unleashed.
