Loup Garron grows up in a disenfranchised Texas-Mexico border town sealed off under harsh U.S. military occupation following a devastating pandemic. As the daughter of an escaped genetically engineered soldier, Loup inherits supernatural strength, speed, and absolute fearlessness. After losing her mother, she joins a group of parish orphans to strike back against military tyranny under the disguise of their town's patron saint.

Loup Garron is an innocent yet formidable protagonist gifted with wolf-like physical enhancements and a genetic inability to feel fear. Despite her lethal abilities, her heart is defined by loyalty, empathy, and deep devotion to her found family. She grows from an isolated outsider into a resilient champion determined to protect the vulnerable.

What begins as a local vigilante campaign to defend an exploited community evolves into a high-stakes struggle for justice and freedom. After escaping military custody with her girlfriend Pilar, Loup builds a new life abroad as an elite bodyguard before being pulled back to expose a massive military cover-up. Across the duology, the arc expands from localized survival to confronting national oppression, highlighting themes of found family, queer love, and accountability.
