The Divine Cities

The Divine Cities is an epic fantasy series centered on the aftermath of a revolutionary event: the death of the gods who once empowered the city of Bulikov. Bulikov, now a colonial outpost haunted by its miraculous past, becomes the focus of intrigue when a diplomat/spy, Shara Thivani, investigates a murder that suggests the gods may not be as dead as believed.

Later, General Turyin Mulaghesh, a hero turned rumored war criminal, is tasked with a seemingly simple assignment in the ruined city of Voortyashtan. However, this mission quickly evolves into a quest to uncover a potentially world-altering secret.

The series concludes with Sigrud je Harkvaldsson seeking revenge for the assassination of his ally, Shara Komayd. His pursuit unveils a secret war and forces him to confront powerful entities while unraveling the lingering mysteries of Bulikov.
