Blade's Rest

Blade's Rest is a low-stakes, town-building LitRPG series focused on crafting, friendship, and community. Josh, a town builder within the RPG game Blade & Sheath, starts with no skills or resources and aims to create a sanctuary for adventurers with the help of two fellow builders.

The series follows their journey as they face challenges in expanding Blade's Rest from wilderness to a thriving settlement with cozy inns, bustling marketplaces, and various shops. Instead of constant battles and apocalyptic stakes, the focus is on building, resource management, and creating lasting relationships. Adventures include managing the settlement, savoring ales, crafting items, and occasional critter attacks.

With the goal of eventually achieving "town" status and the support of the community, Josh and his friends work to make Blade's Rest a haven for weary travelers.
