Jake's Magical Market is a gamelit fantasy series where Jake, a regular guy working at a market, finds his world irrevocably changed by the arrival of cruel gods.

The Earth is reshuffled, scattering monsters, dungeons, and magical items across the globe. Everyone gains access to a strange magical card system granting them powers.

Jake, caught unprepared, must learn to survive this new dangerous reality. He needs to collect cards, build a deck, and fight back against the monsters that have taken over his home. He is also trying to figure out why strange elf-like people need to buy goods from his market.

As the series progresses, Jake's journey involves time travel, navigating jealous gods vying for divine power of their own, and mastering the crafting of his own unique magical cards. The series promises a "life-changing, world-spanning, time-twisting" conclusion as Jake learns the extent of his powers.
