Powder Mage

The Powder Mage series begins in Adro, a nation in turmoil after Field Marshal Tamas's bloody coup overthrows the monarchy. While the revolution promised freedom, it instead brought war with the Nine Nations, infighting, and power struggles. Tamas relies on his powder mages, including his estranged son Taniel and Inspector Adamat, to navigate the dangers. However, ancient legends of waking gods threaten to turn the tide against them.

As war consumes the land in The Crimson Campaign, Tamas finds himself stranded and outnumbered after an invasion of Kez goes wrong. While Adro faces threats at home, Adamat searches for his wife while facing deadly political games, while a god, Kresimir, leads an onslaught. In The Autumn Republic Adro lies in the hands of a foreign invader, with Tamas returning to a devastated capital and the Adran army fractured. The fate of Adro rest on Taniel's shoulders.
