Vigil Bound

Vigil Bound is a LitRPG fantasy series following Boyd Knight, a former Marine who dies saving his team and is resurrected by Raguel, the Five-Faced God of Justice, as a Vigil Bound.

Empowered by the Ascendant System, Boyd gains strength from killing monsters, leveling up to unlock spells and monster abilities. He starts with just a knife and a pistol but quickly finds himself completing epic quests and going on bounties while dealing with shapeshifters.

As the series progresses, Boyd faces challenges like preventing a civil war in Wildespell, navigating perilous Fae Courts to survive the Wyld Hunt, and confronting the Queen of Oblivion. All while dealing with a chaotic pixie familiar's antics.The series includes spells, upgrades, guns, and monsters.
